ClimateCloud by Tenways Register interest

Privacy policy

Effective 11 August 2026 • climatecloud.net

ClimateCloud is a pre-launch product of Tenways, a heating and cooling specialist based in the United Kingdom. This page explains what happens to the details you share with us on climatecloud.net, in plain English.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you type into the registration form:

  • Your first and last name, company name and email address (required).
  • Your phone number, website and message (optional, only if you provide them).
  • Your consent choice, with the date and time you registered.

For security and abuse prevention, our server also records the IP address and browser identifier of each submission. The registration form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from people rather than bots.

How we use it

  • Launch updates. We email you about ClimateCloud milestones and its launch. Lawful basis: your consent, given via the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Replying to you. If your message asks something, we may reply directly.
  • Keeping the site safe. IP and browser records help us filter spam and abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, profile you, or use them for anything beyond ClimateCloud.

Where your data lives

Registrations are stored in a database on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger, hosted in the UK and EU). Emails to and from you go through Hostinger's email service from info@climatecloud.net.

Who processes it for us

  • Hostinger provides the web hosting, database and email service that store and carry your details.
  • Cloudflare provides the Turnstile bot check on the form. It analyses technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots, and processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The Cloudflare Turnstile check may use its own strictly necessary mechanisms in your browser solely to distinguish people from bots.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration until ClimateCloud has launched and our launch communications have finished, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can:

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it. You can also simply register again with the correct details and we will update your record.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Withdraw your consent to launch updates at any time.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

To exercise any of these, email info@climatecloud.net and we will act on it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be flagged in any email we send you.
